Commissioner Michael Martin has an ax to grind and he’s not showing any signs of holding back. Mar-tin once again took aim at Health Department director Andrea Fox, making vague accusations of misconduct during a Tuesday night meeting of the county’s Health and Welfare Committee.It didn’t take long for the meeting to deteriorate into Martin antagonizing fellow commissioners.Martin treaded the same ground he had covered at the October full Warren County Commission meeting, questioning Fox after she made her monthly report. The Health Department currently has openings for one vacant nurse practitioner, one LPN, and three RNs.Asked Martin, “How are you meeting your numbers every months since you’re short that many nurses?”Fox explained, “We have traveling nurses, traveling providers throughout the region that help us out.
