Indictments were handed down recently by the Warren County grand jury and included a fugitive who tried to swim a river to get away from pursuing officers.The defendant, Bradley Martin, was indicted on charges of aggravated burglary, evading arrest, initiating the process to manufacture meth, possession of burglary tools, theft, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment with a weapon, and possession of drugs for resale.Martin was nabbed by lawmen following a foot chase near Shellsford Bridge after he had been at-large for nine days following another chase by officers. Martin attempted to evade officers by swimming across the river but was caught in the middle when officers lined both sides of the bank. He surrendered without further incident.
