A woman faces felony assault charges for threatening to cut a 10-year-old girl’s throat with a box cutter.The woman, Kimberly Gaylene Martin, 35, reportedly admitted to the crime when questioned by police. She faces three to six years in prison if convicted on the charge of aggravated assault. Her preliminary hearing date has been set for July 23.Martin was arrested after police answered a disturbance call on Yager Road regarding an armed person.
