A Bridgestone employee was killed Wednesday evening when his truck was broadsided by another vehicle as he was sitting in the parking lot of County Club Market. The victim, Brandon Haynes, 35, of McMinnville was pronounced dead on the scene of the crash that happened around 8 p.m. near the intersection of Manchester Highway and Bridgestone Drive. According to the preliminary highway patrol report, Haynes had just gotten off work from the nearby Bridgestone plant and had stopped at Country Club Market for a moment.
