The disgruntled fourth-grade teacher who gunned down Inskip Elementary principal Elisa Luna and her assistant Amy Brace has been sentenced to 56 years in prison.The gunman, Mark S. Foster, was issued the sentence Thursday by Knox County Criminal Court Judge Bob McGee. He was sentenced as a dangerous offender for the shooting which has left Luna in a wheelchair. He could have faced a maximum 64 years in prison.
