A Baker Mountain man faces criminal homicide charges after he fatally wounded another man at his home Saturday.The suspect, Hugh T. Mosley, 47, of 8 Racoon Trail, where the shooting happened, is charged with criminal homicide and unlawful possession of a firearm. Lawmen found firearms at his home and he is a convicted felon, his last sentence ending in 1998, meaning he is barred for possessing any firearms. He is being held under $300,000 bond at Van Buren County Jail.According to preliminary reports, Robert Franklin Alley, 22, of Manchester was at Mosley’s home when he was allegedly shot by his host.
