A man who was dealing marijuana from his home with his wife will serve two months in jail.
The man, Terrence Lamont Malone, entered guilty pleas before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to two counts of delivery of marijuana. He was directed to serve 60 days of a two-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs, and perform 16 hours public service work.
His sentences comes for two drug deals prosecutors say the Malones conducted at their Oak Tree Drive home three weeks apart.
Specifically, prosecutors say Malone sold 25.5 grams of marijuana to the operative at a price of $110 on their first deal, and 21.5 grams at a price of $120 on their second deal.
His wife, Tisha Malone, was convicted on the charges earlier and was granted a two-year judicial diversion for her sentence.
