McMinnville officials have finally reached an agreement about two empty lots on Main Street. The properties were declared surplus Tuesday night and sealed bids are now being accepted.The property being sold was obtained by the city after a fire destroyed what was locally known as King’s Department Store and Locke’s Department Store in March 2008. Sealed bids will be taken with minimum bids set at $24,000 and $22,000, respectively.
