The Main Street Live summer concert series kicks off this Friday, June 13, with a tribute to the Eagles. Music begins at 7 p.m.
Seven Bridges: The Ultimate Eagles Experience, is based in Nashville. According to its website, the band has six gifted musicians who blend their extraordinary talents to honor their musical heroes and rock legends The Eagles.
The band is familiar with the Main Street Live stage.
“We have played Main Street Live before,” said band member Jason Manning. “We had a blast and are definitely looking forward to Friday.”
Seven Bridges is a stunningly accurate tribute to the music of The Eagles. Using no backing tracks or harmonizers, Seven Bridges faithfully recreates the experience of an Eagles concert.
“We’ll be performing close to two hours of hits,” said Manning. “You’ll definitely hear ‘Hotel California,’ ‘Desperado,’ ‘Lyin’ Eyes,’ ‘Peaceful, Easy Feeling,’ ‘Heartache Tonight,’ and many, many more.”
A blend of songs, musicianship and on-stage charisma have earned Seven Bridges a glowing reputation as one of the finest tribute acts in the country, the band says. Practice makes perfect, according to Manning.
“We’ve been together since 2007,” he said.
There will be a variety of food and beverages available from vendors. Parking and admission are free so bring a chair and enjoy the music. Seven Bridges will take the stage and begin entertaining at 7 p.m. on the West Lawn of Security Federal. Food and beverage vendors open at 6 p.m.
