Halloween will be a fun-filled day for local children with Trick or Treat on Main Street in downtown McMinnville during the day, and Trail of Treats at McMinnville Civic Center at night.The downtown event will be offered from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is a production of Main Street McMinnville, while the trail will be offered from 5 to 8 p.m. and is offered by the city of McMinnville through its Parks and Recreation Department.Candy for Trick or Treat on Main Street will be handed out by downtown businesses on Main, Morford, Sparta and South High streets. Participating establishments will have an orange pumpkin in the window. Ben Lomand Connect and Durham Bus Service’s Spooky Bus will be there.
