A 91-person docket was heard Thursday in General Sessions Traffic Court by Judge Bill Locke. Included in court action:• Jesse Jernigan was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $529, lose his driver license and remain under house arrest for 10 days for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Charles Merriman was ordered to serve four days of a six-month sentence and must pay $543 for evading arrest and driving without a license.• Kenneth Bond was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence, pay $354 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Juan Garcia was directed to serve seven days and pay $856 for driving without a license or insurance.• Anna Bonner Fults was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,115, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school, and lose her license for one year for DUI.• Jose Martinez was directed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,469, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose his driver license for DUI and driving on a suspended license.• Shawn Martin was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $354 and forfeit driving privileges for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Daniel Adams was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $312 and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption of alcohol.• Raynel Dillard must pay $314 for driving without a license and speeding.• Kayla Argo was given a six-month sentence and must pay $262 for criminal impersonation.• Lara Stevens must serve 48 hours and pay $311 for driving without a license.• Francisco Balderas must pay $308 for driving without a license or insurance.• Michael Adcock must pay $204 for driving without a license or seatbelt.• Melody Burton must pay $194 for driving without a license.• Clifton Hennessee, Andrew King, Doarly Torres, Janice Strange, Joshua Morrison and Fredi Martinez must pay $154 for driving without a license.• Juan Paredes must pay $267 for public intoxication.• Larry York must pay $264 for reckless driving.
