A 62-person docket was heard Thursday in Traffic Court by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke. Included in court action:• Allen Hale was directed to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for one year for fifth-offense driving on a suspended license.• Michael Roddenberry was instructed to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Rebecca Collins must serve 21 days and pay $272 for driving without a license.• Joseph Tucker was directed to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Tiffany Williams was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $352 and lose her driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Todd Sharp was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and must pay $252 for reckless driving.• David Boyer was ordered to serve 22 days of a six-month sentence, pay $651 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• James Blankenship was bound to the grand jury on the charge of fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Michael Brown was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI. He had his driver license revoked for one year for violation of the implied consent law.• Juan Lara was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and had his license revoked for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Kyla Lyle was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.• Savannah Mason was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence pay $1,109, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Santos Garcia must pay $370 for driving without a license and speeding.• Chellsie Jones was instructed to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence, pay $502 and lose his driver license for one year for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.• Charles Lance was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for one year for leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a revoked license.• Chris Northrup was bound to the grand jury on charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Vondale Solomon was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $380, attend conflict management classes and can have no contact with the victim for domestic assault.• James Blankenship was bound to the grand jury on charges of criminal impersonation and fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Jerry Collins, Teresa Rodriguez, Josefina Guerrero and Logan Fuqua must pay $152 for driving without a driver license.• Apolonio Vazquez must pay $192 for driving on an expired license.• James L. Pack must serve five days and have his probation extended for six months for violation of probation.Clarification• Debra Merritt of Hutchins Road who works at Lynn’s Hair Fantasies is not the Debra Merritt indicted for shoplifting.
