Locke hears 43-person docket

A 43-person docket was heard by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke in Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Gerald McMillen was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,365, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.• Savannah Cargile was instructed to serve 30 days and pay $274 for driving without a license.• Charles Matheney was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,029 and lose his driver license for driving on a revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia, falsification of a drug test and violation of probation.• Larry Brown was bound to the grand jury on charges of third-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual traffic offender status. He was also directed to serve 10 days for violation of probation.• Michael Morton was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.• Ronald Tresler was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Matthew Cantrell was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $785 and must lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court.• Miguel Juarez must pay $558 for leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.• Donnie Fults must pay $312 for underage consumption of alcohol.• Karina Gale must pay $308 for driving without a license or without insurance.• Gabriel Montero must pay $588 for driving without a license or insurance and speeding.• Bradley Basham must pay $164 for driving without a license or seatbelt.• Javier Garcia, Angela Sanders, Matthew Broadrick and Chris Gillaspy must pay $154 for driving without a license.• Donald Shields must serve 48 hours and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.
