Locke hears 33-person docket

A 33-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Justin Nunley was ordered to serve 25 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $100 plus costs and attend conflict management classes for domestic assault and failure to appear in court.• Anthony Lefevers was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated burglary.• Ashley Locke was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution for passing two worthless checks totaling $139.• Eric Dugan was given a six-month probationary sentence and must make restitution on two worthless checks totaling $21.• Connie Mason must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption of alcohol.• Jennifer Acosta must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Mark Brewington must serve two days and pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.• Jonathan Bryant must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Richard Frazier must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Colton Douglas must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Cameron Cline had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Donald Kester must serve 30 days and had his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• Jerry Kirby must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Travis Myers was instructed to serve 40 days and have his probation extended by a year for failure to appear in court and violation of probation.• Jerry Wiser must serve two days for violation of probation.
