Locke hears 33-person docket

A 33-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:
• Justin Nunley was ordered to serve 25 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $100 plus costs and attend conflict management classes for domestic assault and failure to appear in court.
• Anthony Lefevers was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated burglary.
• Ashley Locke was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution for passing two worthless checks totaling $139.
• Eric Dugan was given a six-month probationary sentence and must make restitution on two worthless checks totaling $21.
• Connie Mason must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption of alcohol.
• Jennifer Acosta must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
• Mark Brewington must serve two days and pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
• Jonathan Bryant must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Richard Frazier must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
• Colton Douglas must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Cameron Cline had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Donald Kester must serve 30 days and had his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
• Jerry Kirby must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Travis Myers was instructed to serve 40 days and have his probation extended by a year for failure to appear in court and violation of probation.
• Jerry Wiser must serve two days for violation of probation.
