McMinnville-Warren County General Sessions Judge Bill Locke has announced he will seek reelection to the office of General Sessions Judge.A Warren County native, Locke was born at the City Clinic in downtown McMinnville to parents Howard Locke and the late Jo Mullican Locke, both also life-long residents of Warren County. Locke learned the value of hard work early in life working in his father’s variety store, Locke’s Five and Dime, which was a fixture on Main Street for 70 years.Locke and his wife, Brenda Garmon Locke, have two children.Locke was elected in 2012 to serve as Warren County General Sessions Judge. On his first day as judge, he oversaw a full docket and that trend has continued.
