A man has been released on time-served for stealing another man’s identity and then living and working here under the false name.The man, Manuel Felipe Manuel, 41, entered a guilty plea before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to the charge of attempted criminal simulation. He was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence but released on nine days, time-served. He was originally charged with criminal simulation.
