Warren County Temporary Morgue’s parking lot has been heavily graveled. According to EMS director Preston Denney, the thick layer of gravel is groundwork for concrete in order to become compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). “They are going to concrete the parking lot,” Denney said.
