Is an ongoing controversy involving County Commissioner Michael Martin and Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center personal in nature?The county Health and Welfare Committee meet Monday with chairman Martin and members Linda Jones, Tommy Savage and Blaine Wilcher in attendance.
