A woman who replaced a man’s wife while she was behind bars will swap places with her as she has been sentenced to jail.The woman, Wind Dee Joseph, has been ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must attend anger management for assault. She has also been warned not to go around the victim, Mistie Lacerte.Lacerte told the judicial commissioner who wrote the warrant against Joseph she had just gotten out of jail where she had served time for probation violation and she was lying on the couch relaxing when her husband, Robert Lacerte, along with friends, Wind Dee Joseph and Christie Ann Guerard walked in. Things, according to the victim, went downhill immediately.“Wind Dee Joseph told me she had been living with Robert since I had been in jail,” the victim told the judicial commissioner in getting assault warrants against the trio.
