A woman who intentionally hit another woman with her car twice has been released on time-served.The driver, Jessica Leighann Lefevers, 20, was granted a four-year judicial diversion and credited for 20 days, time-served plus time she spent in rehab. The diversion means she can have her criminal record erased once her probation is completed. She entered guilty pleas before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley on charges of reckless endangerment and aggravated assault.Police were dispatched to the intersection of Highway 70 and Highway 55 to investigate a report that someone had been struck by a car.
