A woman who came at her mother with a claw hammer has been released on time-served.The woman, Kelly Leann Goolsby, 32, entered a guilty plea before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke to the reduced charges of domestic assault. She was sentenced to serve 47 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and released on time-served. As part of her plea deal, she will enter the drug court program, an intensive rehabilitation program overseen by the local court system.
