The lawsuit filed by Warren County Commissioner Michael Shane Wilcher against Warren County government has cost taxpayers more than $56,000.County Executive Herschel Wells made the announcement during Monday night’s Warren County Commission meeting that the total cost of the lawsuit, as far as what taxpayers have had to pay, has reached $56,989.“He thought everyone should know that,” said Wells, who made the announcement at the request of Wilcher.
