Monday, Sept. 12

The county Health and Welfare Committee will meet at 4 p.m. to receive reports on Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center, Health Department, and Sanitation Department.

The county Safety Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. On the agenda: 1) an EMS update, including new ambulance report; 2) recommendation of EMS director appointment.
 
Tuesday, Sept. 13

The city Streets and Sanitation Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the purchase of land.

The regular session of the McMinnville Board of Mayor and Aldermen begins at 7 p.m. Among the items on the agenda are: 1) a resolution to accept the low bid from Hall’s Excavating and Backhoe in the amount of $18,600 for removal of a home located at 131 Higginbotham Road; 2) an ordinance to appropriate funds to nonprofit charitable organizations for fiscal year 2016-17; 3) an ordinance to enter into an agreement with the state to pay $4,000 a month in rent on the Driver Testing Center from its reopening date through June 30, 2017.
