Monday, July 23

The county Financial Management Committee will meet at 4:30 p.m. to conduct interviews for Finance Department director.

Tuesday, July 24

The county Financial Management Committee will meet at 5 p.m. to conduct interviews for Finance Department director.

The county Economic and Agricultural Development Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. to consider reappointment to Airport Zoning Committee and reappointments to Airport Board of Zoning Appeals.

The city Streets and Sanitation Committee will meet at 5:45 p.m. to discuss a front-loader garbage truck.

The city Parks and Recreation Committee will meet at 6:10 p.m. to discuss purchases for ARC grant and discuss Jackson Dunlap tennis court naming.

The city Water and Sewer Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. Items of business: 1) Change order No. 2 WWTP/budget revision-utilize contingency funds; 2) Discuss gate at Highway 127 water tank; 3) Discuss 207 Center Street easement/ garage conflict with sewer line.

Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet for its regular session at 7 p.m. Officials will consider a resolution to sanction Smokin’ in McMinnville Barbeque Cook-Off in order to allow a qualified charitable or nonprofit organization to apply to the Alcoholic Beverage Board for a Special Event Beer Permit to sell beer. The board will also consider requests from Warren County Senior Center to hold its 5K Walk/Run on Aug. 11 at McMinnville Civic Center and from McMinnville Housing Authority for the city to grant fee waivers for plans review, building permit fees, and water and sewer tap fees to help secure a grant to build 10 affordable elderly housing units.

Wednesday, July 25

The county Financial Management Committee will meet at 5 p.m. to conduct interviews for Finance Department director.

Thursday, July 26

The county Budget and Finance Committee will meet at 4 p.m. to consider proposed budgets for fiscal year 2018-19.

Warren County School Board’s Facilities and Resources Committee will meet at 5 p.m., and immediately following, the board will meet for its monthly session.
