A local businessman who led officers on a low-speed chase through several counties Tuesday afternoon is now facing a mountain of charges which includes felonious assault.The man, Tracey Parton, 46, is charged in both Warren and Coffee counties with multiple counts of aggravated assault, a crime that carries three to six years apiece. He also faces counts of evading arrest, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident, and violation of probation. He was arraigned in Warren County General Sessions Court on Thursday afternoon.
