General Sessions Court Judge Ryan J. Moore heard his first docket Thursday at 8:30 a.m. 

Included in court action:

Cody Grant Meeks had charges of possession with the intent to distribute amended to simple possession. He will serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $750 plus court costs and pay $250 to be split between Tennessee Highway Patrol and the District Attorney’s Office. He will be required to seek drug treatment. All other charges were dismissed.

Quintavian Perrigan and Seth William Roach were both cited for failure to appear. Their cases were set to be heard Thursday.
