Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases in Traffic Court.


Marcus B. Mott was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for driving on a revoked license second offense and violation of probation.


Nicolas Ryan Myers was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for driving while license suspended second offense.


Ronald L. Tresler was ordered to serve 32 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work and have his license revoked for one year for DUI.


Joshua T. Clark was ordered to serve 48 hours and serve 30 days on house arrest for underage consumption.


In separate cases, Robert L. Lacerte and Larry Dunn were ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work, and have their license revoked for one year for DUI.


In separate cases, Richard C. Hall and Elijah Ferderman were ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work, and have their license revoked for one year for DUI.


Fred Newcomm IV was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for driving while license revoked second offense.
