Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in Traffic Court.

Trevin C. Childress was ordered to serve 90 days for fifth-offense driving on a suspended license.

Michael Brandon Redmon had probation revoked for violation of probation.

Gregory Brian West was ordered to serve 122 days of an 11-29 sentence for third-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license. He must pay a $1,100 fine and have his driver license revoked for six years.

Timothy Wayne Judkins was ordered to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Jacob R. Rochon was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license.

Shawn Fults was ordered to serve five days for failure to appear.

Joshua C. Cooper was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $350 fine, and have his driver license revoked for one year for first-offense DUI.

Kenneth Allen Bond was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for evading arrest and second-offense driving on a suspended license. He also had his probation revoked for violation of probation.

Brady Davis was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for driving on a revoked license.

Jesse Floyd Jernigan was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence on house arrest for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Alfonso Morales was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for driving on a revoked license.

Jackie R. Narramore was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license.

Apolinar Baldazar Ruiz was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license.

Shane Borren was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault. He is to have a mental health evaluation.

Anthony R. Brenneman was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Tristan Peyton Brock was ordered to serve 30 days for violation of probation.

Florence Davenport was granted a judicial diversion and given 11-29 probation for domestic assault. She must continue treatment at CHEER Mental Health and have no contact with the victim.

Angela Laird was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Amanda Martin was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Robert W. Webster was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and attend batterer intervention for domestic assault.

Joseph Gary Wesmiller was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.
