Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in Traffic Court.

Travis Ray Stoner was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.

James Adam Horn was ordered to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for first-offense DUI, reckless endangerment and driving on a suspended license. He must pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work, and have his license revoked for one year.

Nathan Carl Hale had probation revoked for violation of probation, driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident, second-offense DUI, and joyriding. He must serve 45 additional days after serving the rest of his sentence, pay a $600 fine, and have his license revoked for two years.

Stacey Mengersen was ordered to serve 35 days for failure to appear, joyriding, and second-offense driving on a revoked license. 

Michael Sanders was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for first-offense DUI. He must pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work, and have his license revoked for one year.

In separate cases, Cody Brenton Davis, Lorena Flores Ceniceros, Ronald Gutierrez, Joel Resendiz Rocha, and Paul Allen Rice were sentenced for first-offense DUI. They must serve 48 hours of 11-month, 29-day sentences, pay $350 fines, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and have their driver’s license revoked for one year.
