Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in Traffic Court.

Sentenced for first-offense DUI, Antonio Barcenas, and William Thomas Kirkpatrick were ordered to serve 48 hours of 11-month, 29-day sentences. They were fined $350 and had their driver’s licenses revoked for one year.

Anthony Jose Mendez was ordered to serve 48 hours for criminal impersonation.

Brooke Sparks was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for possession of a schedule IV drug and first-offense DUI. She was also fined $1,100 and had her driver’s license revoked for one year.

Brandon Thomas Carpenter was ordered to serve 30 days for third-offense driving on a revoked license, evading arrest, and violation of probation.

James Edward Parrish was ordered to serve 32 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth and first-offense DUI. He was given the option of serving his 30 days for meth in rehab. He also had his driver’s license revoked for one year and was fined $1,100.

Jason Leath was ordered to serve 12 days for failure to appear and first-offense DUI. He had his driver’s license revoked for one year and was fined $350.

Alesis Chaparro was ordered to serve 45 days for violation of probation.
