Judge Bill Locke heard the following cases Thursday in Traffic Court. There was no court the week before due to a judge’s conference.


Joshua Davenport was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for driving while license suspended second offense.


Rachel L. Johnson was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for driving while license revoked second offense.


Ordered to serve 48 hours in jail for first-offense DUI were Heather Martin, Thomas Edward Atnip, Matthew Cole Brown, and Beverly Annette Foster. They must also pay $350 fines, perform 24 hours public service work, and have their driver’s license revoked for one year.


Sharazzia Mills was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for driving while license revoked second offense.


Jeremy Dewayne Rigsby was ordered to serve 37 days of an 11-29 sentence for DUI and reckless endangerment. He must also perform 24 hours public service work, pay a $350 fine and have his license revoked for one year.


William D. Tobitt was ordered to serve 48 hours for violation of probation.


Jeffrey Allen Ward was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for resisting stop.


Jamie Wilson was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $750 fine, and have an alcohol and drug assessment for possession of meth.
