Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Thursday in Traffic Court.

Amy Washer was sentenced for first-offense DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. She must serve 48 hours in jail of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, make restitution, if any, to the victim, pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work, and have her driver license revoked for one year.

Bart Wade Baird was sentenced to 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, ordered to pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work, and have his driver license revoked for one year for first-offense DUI.

Jason Clark was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for third-offense driving on a revoked license and vandalism. He must make $250 restitution.

Sheree Annette Evans was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence and attend adult recovery court for first-offense DUI. She must pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work and have her driver license revoked for one year.

Michael Brandon Redmon was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense DUI. He must pay a $600 fine and have his driver license revoked for two years.

James A. Sons was ordered to serve 150 days for sixth-offense driving on a revoked license.

Matthew Shawn Young was sentenced to 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, ordered to pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work, and have his driver license revoked for one year for first-offense DUI.
