Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Justin Lee Hill Jr. was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Marcus J. Peregoy was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Joe James Roark was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Barbra Guindon was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Jeremy Lee Shockley was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Robert James Tanner was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Timothy Leon Summers was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI Class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended license.Kirk W. Wilson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of violating habitual traffic offender status.Carissa Kaitlyn Daniels was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs. The diversion means she can have her record erased once her probation is over.Keith Gregor was bound to the grand jury on charges of disorderly conduct, leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a revoked license. Juan Sanchez Frausto and Jerica Paige Thompson must pay $10 plus costs for driving without license.
