Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. There was no Tuesday court due to the Fourth of July holiday.Included in court action:Sergio Allen was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Jeffery A. Bullington was ordered to serve 50 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for repeat driving on a revoked license.Isaac Oldfield must serve 30 days and pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation. His sentence will be served in addition to time he owes for violation of probation.Armando Chavez was ordered to serve 16 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI School, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended license.Eric Cameron Ghrist was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $200 plus costs for simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.Richard Lee Barrow, Travis Alan Young, Jason E. Hardwick, Felicia Tennill Locke and Tony R. Talbert were directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI School, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Michael Hollis Jr. was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Nicholas Ryan Myers was placed on probation for six month and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Billy Ray Castle must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Michael Wright Jr. must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
