Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:Chelsey West was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose driving privileges for two years for second-offense DUI. There were 10 days added to the sentence for failure to appear in court.Justin L. Stoddard was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for repeat driving on a suspended license.Rena Clemons was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for repeat driving on a revoked license.Austin Gomar was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license. His sentence will be in addition to time he owes for violation of probation.Justin M. Bouldin was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon with intent to go armed, resisting arrest, and driving on a revoked license.Andrea S. Russell was bound to the grand jury on charges of reckless driving and driving on a revoked license.Michael T. Woods was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.Corey Aaron Allen was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 for driving on a revoked license and failure to stop at the scene of an accident involving injury.
