Sentences were handed down this past week by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
Jody Lynn Jennings was ordered to serve six months of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth and fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.
David Alan Beard was instructed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license. He must also serve the balance of his remaining sentence for violation of probation.
Andrew Christian Glenn was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth, evading arrest and third-offense driving on a revoked license.
Joshua K. Ledbetter was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license. He must also serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Casandra Gail Sargent was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.
Katlyn Marie Hinds and Jessica Marie McLin were granted 11-29 judicial diversions and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.
Tiffany Judkins was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.
Brian Norton was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.
Brent Sandlin and Kylo Keith Smith were issued six-month probationary sentences and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.
Misty C. Fults was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.
Jesus Morales, Steve Lee Rucker, Elizabeth L. Johnson, Cheryl Hagan, Katie Edmonson, Ivan Castro, Anthony Francis and Rosa Quezada must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
