Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Kayla Bowdoin was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth and driving on a suspended license. She was granted a judicial diversion meaning she can have her criminal record erased once her probation is over.Jean Luc Keller was bound to the grand jury on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, reckless endangerment, simple possession of marijuana and theft. He must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Megan K. Rife was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and had driving privileges revoked for one year for DUI. She was also directed to serve 90 days for violation of probation.Marty A. Muncey was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and had driving privileges revoked for one year for DUI.Zakery Wilmoth was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Candy Nicole Redmon was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and perform 12 hours public service work for second-offense driving on a revoked license.Lucas Corey Bowdoin was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Nathan Alan McDowell was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Eric Wilson was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a revoked license, evading arrest, driving on a suspended license and fourth-offense DUI.James Robert Jackson was directed to serve two days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Lee R. Talbert was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Alfonzo Suarez Guzman was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Chris Walker was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.Kiersten S. DeGraff was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $35 plus costs for criminal impersonation and driving without a license.Carl Eugene George must pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.Jeremy Jerome O’Neal was handed a six-month probationary sentence and musts pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Jose Luis Barcenas, Sandra A. Taylor, Jo Carol Summers, Brenda Gail Hobbs, Floyd Wayne Craven and Ceasar Lopez Rivera must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
