Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Brandon Trey Bouldin was ordered to serve 57 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,100 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose his driver license for one year for possession of meth, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and DUI.Steven Thomas Kennerly was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for repeat offense driving on a suspended license.Justin L. Todd was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for repeat offense driving on a revoked license.James Sue Ferrell was instructed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for repeat offense driving on a suspended license.Christopher T. McCloud was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and marijuana and possession of a weapon during a dangerous felony.Patty Sue Tatrow was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.Robert Brian Caryl was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI Class, lose driving privileges for one year and perform 24 hours public service work for DUI.Raymond W. Sparks was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI Class, lose driving privileges for one year and perform 24 hours public service work for DUI. He was also given a $250 fine and must perform an additional 12 hours public service for possession of drug paraphernalia.Kenneth Wayne Rutledge and Lonnie Thaxton were instructed to serve 48 hours of six-month sentences and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Michael Steven Lyle was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Jennifer Marie Saberniak was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Dylan Michael Powers was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $500 for simple possession of drugs. The diversion means his record will be erased once his probation is over.Callie Noel Ray was given an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $300 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Alton C. Christian was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Rodrigo T. Cortes, Toby Denton Pack, Lindsey Bogle and Lucrecia M. Salazar must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.James E. Raymond must serve 90 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
