Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:Jason Aubrey Cantrell was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $900 plus costs for possession of meth and violation of probation.Chadwick Ray Hobbs was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Rodney Lee Davis was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a suspended license.Joshua Paul Johnson was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.Jesa Lee Wood was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.Matthew Alan Daughterty was bound to the grand jury on charges of simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.Garrett D. Lance, Brian Hilton Perry and Serenity J. Phillips were instructed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI Class, and lose their driver licenses for one year for DUI.Richard Eugene Nokes was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $360 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and public intoxication.Dustin Tyler Gibson was fined $310 plus costs and must perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for underage DWI, driving without a license and violation of the open container law.Marcus D. Giles was bound to the grand jury on charges of criminal impersonation and driving on a revoked license.Jason Bouldin was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.Brian Lee Hale was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.Kade Michael Campbell was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs. He must serve 30 days for violation of his judicial diversion.Trevin C. Childress was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.Ruben Perez Pena was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license.Timothy D. Thomas was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.Layne M. Brindley must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of alcohol under the age of 21.Alexas Tori Lee Officer, Ricky Lee Rogers, Crystal Lee Dillon and Veronica Vega must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
