Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. There was only a short arraignment docket heard Tuesday during normal General Sessions court.Included in court action:Bryan Taylor Jones was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,100 plus costs and lose his driver license for six years for third-offense DUI.Roy Allen Gibbs was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $600 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.Tyrone Douglas Boyd was ordered to serve 25 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for reckless endangerment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and second-offense DUI..John Gee, Sherry A. Wellman, Gary L. Surber, Juan Matias Tomas and Jose Amador Ignacio were ordered to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Antonio R. Vargas was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI by permitting.Benny T. Vaughn was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time-served and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a cancelled license.Maryum Autumn Tahirkeheli was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.Hala Ghattos Burrill was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.Jeff T. Fleenor was bound to the grand jury on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and being a habitual traffic offender.Jacob L. Hill was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $100 plus cost and lose his license for one year for simple possession of marijuana and driving on a revoked license.Maria Emma Viveros, Richard Justin Presley, Jeremy W. Muncey and Silvia S. Barbosa must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Macy Broom must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.Forest D. Egerton must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Brady Warren Neilson must serve seven days for violation of probation.Jackie L. Pritchett must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
