Baker was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth, simple possession of marijuana, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, being a habitual traffic offender and fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.Vanessa Lute was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth, simple possession of marijuana, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and employing a firearm during a dangerous felony.Misty Jana Ferrell was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI and driving on a suspended license.Ricky Ray Rogers was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and ordered to pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Daniel Michael Schwenke was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Jerry Lee Comfort was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Michael Dusty Hollis Jr. was given a six-month sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Lisa Diane Minter was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.Brandon Solomon was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.Clifton Edward Norris was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a suspended license and violation of the window tint law.Tony Eugene Moore must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Jerry Louis was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a suspended license and speeding.Levi Horton was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion, and ordered to pay $160 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.Misty Ferrell and Travis Wayne McCormick must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
