Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:Valentino Abeyta was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $250 plus costs for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, violation of probation and simple possession of marijuana.Natalie Michelle Smith was ordered to serve 14 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose her driver license for one year for DUI.Angela Emler was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI School and lose her driver license for one year for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.Dillon Meacham was instructed to serve 48 hours, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI, driving on a suspended license and simple possession of drugs.Bethany Haley was bound to the grand jury on charges of evading arrest, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.Charles Danny Johnson was bound to the grand jury on charges of evading arrest, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.Paul Randall Barlow was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI School, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.James E. Bolden Jr., was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and restitution for leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended license.Johnny E. Smartt was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for driving on a revoked license.Jennifer A. Rigoli must make $200 restitution for leaving the scene of an accident.Joshua Taylor was given a 30-day sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Abraham Diaz Perez, Jerica Paige Thompson, Toby Pack, Maria V. Munoz, Tara Lee Carroll, Johnny Lamar Dawson, Douglas Anderson and Miguel Herrera Zapata must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
