Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action: Daniel Lynn Hudson and Brandon L. Tallent were ordered to serve 45 days of 11-month, 29-day sentences and pay $600 plus costs and lose their driver licenses for two years for second-offense DUI.Guadalupe P. Ordonez was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.Toni M. Lloyd was ordered to serve six months of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for two years for second-offense DUI, evading arrest, reckless endangerment and driving on a revoked license.Addison D. Farr was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.Clinton J. Maples was directed to serve 30 days for violation of probation.Matthew Bowen was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for tampering with evidence and driving on a revoked license.Jeffery L. Barrett was ordered to serve five days of an 11-239 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Justin Hicks was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a suspended license.Michael Jones was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.Timothy S. Rogers was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI School and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Kenneth Shane Barr was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.Lashana Shadrick and James Billy Taylor Jr. must serve 48 hours of six-month sentences and pay $50 plus costs for driving on revoked licenses.Allan Anthony King was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on revoked license.Fernando A. Acuna, Allan Anthony King and Miguel G. Fantauzzi were directed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences and pay $50 plus costs for driving on suspended licenses.Robert L. Hill Jr. and Juan Munos Lopez were given six-month probationary sentences and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on revoked licenses.Matthew Bowen must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Zachary Taylor Dillon must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Joshua T. Clark must serve 28 days for violation of probation.Donnie Roark must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
