Sentences were handed down this past week by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:William Cabe was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs, forfeit his weapon and lose his driver license for one year for attempted possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and driving on a revoked license.Christopher Aulton Sullivan was instructed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of drug paraphernalia, second-offense DUI and unlawful possession of a weapon. He was also fined $450 plus costs and must perform 24 hours public service work and attend DUI Class.Joshua T. Clark was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $1,000 plus costs, perform 12 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for underage DWI and simple possession of drugs.
