Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:Angela Scott was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,100 plus costs, perform 40 hours public service work, and lose her driver license for six years for third-offense DUI.Johnny Stephens was instructed to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $450 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI School and lose his driver license for DUI and driving on a revoked license.Korey Scott was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, and lose driving privileges for two years for second-offense DUI.Melissa A. Delgado was directed to serve 90 days, pay $50 plus costs, and lose her driver license for repeat driving on a suspended license. She must also serve the balance of a former sentence for violation of probation in addition to her new sentence.Robert A. Norrod was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of marijuana.John Ryan Young was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, lose his driver license for one year, attend DUI Class and pay $1,100 plus costs for simple possession of drugs and DUI.Antonio D. Verge was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.
