Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Wallace Jewel Rhea was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.Gerardo Vivas Torres was instructed to serve two days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for second-offense driving on a suspended license.Lynn Alison Barr, Michael Tate, Tylee C. Williamson, Aaron J. Jones and Jack B. Cantrell were instructed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI School, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Charles Barry Watson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.Garen S. Wright was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.Clent L. Shehane was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Mary Hailey Taylor was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs. The diversion means she can have her record erased once her probation is over.Whitney Pack was placed on probation for six months for theft and must make $1,250 restitution.Lorenza G. Gomez, Samantha Joyce Starr and Eric Michael Ridge must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
