A man who ripped off Dr Pepper machines around town has been placed on probation for a year. The man, Jeremy Gunter, 41, has entered a plea bargain agreement and was placed on probation for an 11-month, 29-day period on charges of theft and vandalism. He will also have to make thousands in restitution including $1,800 to Underwood True Value, $850 to Taylor’s Heating and Air, and $450 to the Farmers Market, the three places victimized.
