Sharla Smith hasn’t forgotten a vow she made after the birth of her youngest son more than four years ago.“When Ethan was born, he only weighed 1 pound, 11 ounces,” said Sharla. “I prayed to the good Lord to allow him to be OK. I prayed I would do anything I could to help others if he could just survive.”That 1-pound, 11-ounce baby is now an exuberant 4-year-old and Sharla has remembered her prayer. She’s doing everything she can to help others.
