The City of McMinnville released the results of a Community and Internal Stakeholder Survey and a series of Focus Groups designed to help with the Strategic Plan for 2023-2026. The internal stakeholder response revealed the top priorities of staff: Public safety ranked at 87.5 percent, 65.28 percent mentioned improving resident trust, 63.89 percent brought up infrastructure, 61.11 percent said financial sustainability, and 58.33 percent brought up recruiting of city staff.
