A Spencer man is wanted after he skipped his hearing date for leading lawmen on a foot chase which ended with him being tased for resisting arrest.The suspect, Derrick Sullivan, 36, has been ordered to be jailed on $15,000 bond once he is caught for no-showing his hearing in General Sessions Court this past Tuesday. He stands charged with assault, vandalism, criminal trespass and evading arrest. He was spotted by McMinnville Police Sgt. Ben Cantrell who noticed the window tint was too dark on his Ford Explorer.
